To order online, we require 48 hours notice. That being said, we can often accommodate last minute orders, so give us a shout at 416.901.8676 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll try to fit you in!
Delivery is a flat rate of $25 within Toronto. If you’d like to inquire about delivery outside of Toronto, don’t hesitate to contact us.
For family style orders, food is typically served in foil containers (to keep food hot) and plastic containers for cold items. If you'd like the food displayed differently, we can accommodate, just ask. See the picture below for our typical containers.
Lunch box orders come in individual folding boxes. See the picture below.
Our diverse menu can accommodate most allergies & dietary restrictions! When placing your order, please leave any relevant details in the notes (located at the bottom of your cart, right before you checkout).
No worries, we understand that these things happen! Please reach out to us directly. For big changes, we require 24 hours notice.
Please let us know as soon as possible about a cancelled order. The shorter the notice, the more ordering and food preparation will have been done. If you cancel with 24 hours we can always accommodate, but if it is shorter there may be a partial fee charged to account for food and preparation costs.
No, we do not require deposits.
You can pay by credit card directly through Shopify. You can also select the “Pay Later” option to pay by cheque, e-transfer or credit card over the phone.
